SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Times All orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Most US orders arrive within 7-10 business days total (3-5 processing + 3-5 transit time). For international orders, shipping times vary by country and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or duties charged upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out. Order Changes and Cancellations Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed due to our fast fulfillment process. If you need to update your shipping address, please email support@etrnlworldwide.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that time we cannot guarantee changes. Lost or Missing Packages If your package is lost in transit or tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@etrnlworldwide.com and we will investigate.

 If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days and check with neighbors and your local post office. If it still has not arrived, contact us at support@etrnlworldwide.com. If you provide an incorrect or invalid shipping address at checkout, we are unable to intervene once the order has been placed. If the package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, we will process a refund for the product cost only. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Returns We have a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email support@etrnlworldwide.com with your order number and reason. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
