Refund policy

REFUND POLICY REFUNDS & EXCHANGES To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@etrnlworldwide.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we review and approve your request, we will provide detailed return instructions. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original piece for a refund and place a new order. We have a 14-day return window. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted. SHIPPING We are not responsible for any issues caused by the shipping carrier (lost packages, delays, damage in transit, etc.). If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we cannot be held responsible. In the event that a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, please contact us at support@etrnlworldwide.com. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund for the product cost only. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Shipping costs range between $6–$10 depending on location and are non-refundable.
